Sales tax: 8.875% is added to the base rate and applicable fees.

Cleaning fee: A $95 cleaning fee applies.

Food and catering: Bring your own food or use an outside caterer.

Prep kitchen: Sink and running water are available. No gas line, stoves, or warmers.

Alcohol: A licensed venue bartender is required whenever alcohol is served. The flat bartender fee is $175. Outside bartenders and self-service are not permitted.

Security: Security is required for every event. Your quote will show the current charge and all applicable fees.
