What’s included in the rental?

Our basic packages include the following:

We offer Add-on packages for any upgrades you are looking to book.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes! You can provide your own vendors for all aspects of the event. If you need help or references, you can also choose vendors from our Preferred Vendor List. We offer event decorators, DJs, Photographers, Limo Service and much more.

Can I get additional staff from you?

Yes! We offer staffing for coat checks, valet parking, day of event coordinator, waiters and cleaning staff.

Do you require event insurance or special permits?

We are fully insured and have all the required permits to host your special event.

What is required to book?

We require a deposit of $500 to reserve the date and the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. We are flexible with payment options including Cash, Certified Check, Chase Quick pay or Credit Card.

Do we need an appointment to view the venue?

Yes! We are available daily for tours and consultations. Please call (718) 322-2211.

How late can we stay?

3:00 AM.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes!
