Queens Party Hall Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates queenspartyhall.com and rents event spaces across Queens and Brooklyn, New York. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill in an enquiry or booking form, call us, or text us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Details about your event — the date, the type of celebration, and roughly how many guests you expect
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message
We use this to answer your question, arrange a tour, prepare a quote, and manage your booking if you go ahead. We do not sell this information to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical information when you visit:
- Your IP address and general location (city or region, not your street address)
- Your browser and device type
- Which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and which site you arrived from
Phone calls
We use a call tracking service so we can tell which of our venues, adverts or web pages a call came from. This records the number you called from, the number you dialled, and the time and length of the call.
Calls are also recorded. You will hear an announcement telling you this when your call connects. We record calls to confirm the details of your enquiry or booking, to resolve any questions about what was agreed, and to train our team. If you would prefer not to be recorded, you can email us instead at admin@privacypolicy.com or send us a message through the contact form on this website.
Recordings are kept for 24 months and are accessible only to our staff and our call tracking provider. You can ask us to delete a recording of your own call at any time.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to understand how people use the site and to measure our advertising. The services we use are:
Google Analytics
Measures how visitors find and use the website — which pages are popular, how long people stay, and which sources bring the most enquiries. This is reported to us in aggregate, not as individual profiles.
Google Ads
We advertise on Google. Cookies from Google Ads tell us when an advert led to an enquiry, and allow us to show adverts to people who have previously visited our site. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Google Tag Manager
A tool that manages the tags above. It does not collect personal information by itself.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may not work as expected. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting; there is currently no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so our site does not respond to it differently.
Embedded content from other websites
Some pages include content hosted elsewhere — maps, videos, or social media posts. These behave as though you had visited that website directly. The providers may set their own cookies and track your interaction with that content. We do not control what they collect, and their own privacy policies apply.
Photographs
Photographs on this website show our venues and, in some cases, events held at them. If you are pictured at an event and would prefer the photograph removed, contact us and we will take it down.
Who we share information with
We share information only where it is needed to run the business:
- Our website host and email provider, who store the data on our behalf
- Our analytics and advertising providers, as described above
- Our call tracking provider
- Payment processors, when you pay a deposit or balance
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with — for example in response to a lawful request from authorities
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us.
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, which in New York is generally seven years.
Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop contacting you for marketing purposes
Contact us at admin@queenspartyhall.com or 718-362-3342 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you receive marketing emails or texts from us, every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply STOP to any text message.
Children
Our website is intended for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping information secure
Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We limit access to enquiry and booking information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
